WHY NOT LEARN TO PARAGLIDE IN THE SUN
Cheap flights and generally good
weather make Southern Europe ideal for a Paragliding holiday. We have
many years experience running paragliding holidays abroad to France, Spain
Austria and Greece. To paraglide, beginners need gentle safe slopes and stable
conditions, with the more Advanced Pilot requiring larger sites with
conditions suitable for cross country flights.
Save time and money
paragliding in Europe.
Learning paragliding in the UK in the summer is normally very good but
during the winter months
constant bad weather can mean driving backward and forwards to sites
with little flying. The cost of petrol, tuition fees and time wasted
all adds up. Why not combine a holiday in the sun with back to back
paragliding training.

Most
start or complete their Elementary Pilot in the UK during the summer and
complete Club Pilot here or abroad. It is better to learn the basics here so
when you come on holiday its straight on with the flying.
France , where paragliding started, has more flying sites and schools than any other country
in Europe. With grass slopes, stunning scenery and generally very
good flying conditions from April to October.
Spain is good for winter flying October November and March April, but
the sites tend to be more rocky and less forgiving.
